DATES:  Move in May 14 (not before 6AM). Show dates: May 15-18

 

PARKING: Vehicles with horse trailers attached are the only vehicles permitted behind the Gilligan on Move In Day - Wednesday.  All other vehicles must be parked in designated OEC parking areas.  Please allow a maximum of 30 minutes to unload your horses & supplies.  Do not block anyone in!

COGGINS & CVI:  ALL horses/ponies/mules are required to submit a negative coggins.  Coggins tests are good for one year from the date the blood is drawn.  All Equine must also have a CVI (Certificate of Veterinary Inspection)  dated within 30 days of our show.  Both forms must include the entire dates of our show.  For more information see the AAYHS Showbill page 1.
