IF YOU WISH TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A VENDOR IN THE AAYHS SOUVENIR PROGRAM, VENDOR CONTRACT MUST BE RETURNED BY APRIL 1, 2025.
2025 Rates for Space Only:
Inside Gilligan Building:
10x10 space $350
10x20 space $400
10x30 space $450
Larger areas, contact Keith Osborne for cost
Outside of Gilligan Building: $550 for typical trailer
[This rate includes $100 the AAYHS is charged by
the Ohio Expo Center for each outside vendor.]
Additional charges:
IF A VENDOR USES ANY ELECTRICITY, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $50 PER VENDOR, PASSED ON TO THE AAYHS BY THE OEC.
