The AAYHS Sponsor Incentives Program provides a method by which a Youth can reduce show costs by selling advertisement space to local businesses, friends and family, to then be placed in our official show program.

Exhibitors participating in the Sponsor Incentive Program are still required to pay show costs when stall

reservations and entries are submitted.  Refund checks for those who participate in the program will be 

distributed at the show, providing that all of your Sponsor & Entry checks have cleared.

​You may create your own ad or your sponsor may provide one.  Business cards may be used and stretched to the size of your ad.

​

Please following these guidelines for submitting your ad:

        * emailed as a pdf or printed on glossy photo paper and mailed

        * emailed ads must have the Exhibitor Name and ad size indicated in the subject line.

        * If you mail your ad (or business card) do not use staples, tape or paper clips to

          attach it to your form.
